Fourteen days, no questions

If a piece is not what you hoped, send it back within fourteen days of it arriving and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, though we are always glad to hear one.

How to do it

• Email us with your order reference and we will send return instructions
• Pack it as it arrived, in the same materials where you can
• Return postage is yours unless the piece was mis-described
• Refunds are issued to the original card within three working days of arrival

Furniture

Large pieces come back to London rather than going in the post. Drop it back by appointment, or we will help you arrange a courier and deduct the actual cost from the refund, which we will always tell you first.
